I found yoga when I needed something that made me feel better, not busier or more critical of my body.
What started as a way to move and breathe turned into something deeper — yoga helped me feel calmer, stronger and more confident in my own skin. And yes… my skin started glowing too.
That’s why I created Glowga.

My Approach to Yoga

I teach yoga practices that help you:

  • shape up gently and sustainably
  • calm your nervous system
  • support digestion, sleep & skin health

This isn’t about chasing perfection or forcing your body into shapes.
It’s about learning how to work with your body — not against it.
